About Ashley Ishman

My love for helping others started with my extensive background working with individuals with special needs. These experiences have equipped me with a variety of skills due to the persistent help and guidance they need throughout their day. I have taken these skills to the next level earning a BSN/RN, at Dominican University. My ultimate goal with my degree is to provide exceptional patient and family centered care to help patients and families get through the most challenging moments during their time hospitalized. To achieve this, I plan to provide individualized evidence based practices that incorporate my compassion, critical thinking, adaptability, patience, and professionalism. My aim is to build strong relationships with each patient and their families, earn their trust, and deliver optimal care.
