Background

About Ashley Knight

I bring nearly nine years of experience in the contingent workforce ecosystem, spanning IT staffing, payroll and vendor services, and enterprise workforce technology. This cross-functional background gives me a deep understanding of how workforce strategies operate from supplier to platform to enterprise customer. Currently, as a Functional Consultant, I work closely with enterprise organizations to implement VMS solutions that align operational complexity with scalable technology. My role sits at the intersection of customers, product, and implementation—translating business needs into structured solutions and helping stakeholders move from ambiguity to clarity. I’m particularly energized by complex environments where alignment matters. Whether navigating competing priorities, addressing difficult conversations, or refining workflows to better support long-term strategy, I focus on building trust through transparency and thoughtful communication. In addition to my professional experience, I serve in leadership roles within my community, including board service and event leadership positions. These experiences have strengthened my ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders, influence without authority, and drive initiatives forward. I also hold MBA concentrations in Strategy and Data Analytics, which further sharpened my ability to think beyond execution and consider positioning, impact, and long-term outcomes. At my core, I am motivated by helping organizations turn workforce complexity into clarity—connecting strategy, technology, and people in a way that creates measurable results.
