Ashley Y. Kong is a social media manager, costume and makeup designer, crafter, overall creative who is currently based out of the New Jersey, New York area.She's had experience working part time at Chris Habana’a studio in NYC, as well as working as a Social Media Manager and Content creator for Mood Designer Fabrics.She manages and creates content for her own social media pages and influencer personality in her spare time as well, under the online name ToxieKat. She also spent that time studying under the tutelage of Jenny Tiramani at the School of Historical Dress.She received her BFA in Costume Design from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University.Ashley has also won first place in CosBond's Creator Contest 2020, Costume Industry Coalition’s Design Challenge 2020, AnimeNEXT’s Costume Competition Judge Choice winner in 2018, Albolene’s Halloween Makeup Challenge winner in 2016, and Amy Poehler's Smartist Art Contest #2: Poet and You Know It 2014.
