My mission is to provide exceptional patient care, grounded in a commitment to both emergency and correctional nursing at any facility I am working. My expertise lies in critical thinking, critical care, primary care nursing, and problem-solving, ensuring that my goals align with the organizations' I am employed with. I have experience with various cultures and I am sensitive to patients needs to align with my organization to provide excellent patient care. Through collaborative efforts, I can bring diverse experiences that fortify the team I am apart of with a strong can do attitude. Also with my capabilities to meet complex health challenges. My skills include working in high acuity fast paced Emergency Room for adults and children. I also have expertise nursing skills in Correctional Nursing and working with Psychiatric patients. My RN capabilities include patient assessment and evaluation developed in the emergency department. My hands-on experience with medication administration, blood administration, wound care, and emergency procedures, combined with certifications in BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS, enables me to provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. This role builds upon my critical care foundation, enhancing my ability to deliver high-quality nursing in any setting.
