About Ashley Lacroix

With over 19 years of dynamic experience in the healthcare field, I have immersed myself in acute care settings that span from Pediatrics to Adult care. For the past 13 years, my role as a Registered Respiratory Therapist has been driven by a fervent dedication to COPD education and management, focusing on this crucial area since 2021. My journey has also led me to teach both clinically and didactically in a collegiate Respiratory Program for nearly two years, where I discovered a true passion for educating and advocating for patients grappling with Pulmonary Disease. I pride myself on my patient management skills, especially in facilitating seamless care transitions after discharge from acute care facilities. Currently, I’m working closely with post-CABG and TAVR patients, providing essential support for lung expansion to minimize their length of stay and reduce post-surgical complications. It's incredibly rewarding to make a tangible difference in my patients' lives as they recover and regain their strength.
