About Ashley Leonelli

Youngstown State University's Coordinator of Graduate Admissions, I have more than six years of experience in the field of international education. With an MBA in digital marketing, I leverage my skills in customer relationship management (CRM) to streamline admissions processes and increase enrollment rates. I also use data analysis and communication tools to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and outreach campaigns. Previously, I worked as a Systems Solutions Analyst and a Senior Program Administrator at the Institute of International Education, where I managed multiple projects and programs related to academic exchange and cultural diversity. I successfully coordinated with various stakeholders, including sponsors, participants, and host institutions, to ensure the quality and impact of the programs. I also demonstrated my leadership and problem-solving abilities by resolving technical and operational issues and providing training and support to staff and users.
