I'm a certified Crisis Line Specialist with a commitment to suicide prevention, mental health advocacy, and trauma-informed care. With nearly three years of front-line experience supporting individuals in crisis, I have developed strong skills in de-escalation, motivational interviewing, and compassionate listening. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, I bring both lived experience and academic insight to my role. I'm passionate about reducing stigma, increasing access to mental health services, and empowering individuals through compassionate crisis intervention.
