Career Highlights- Launched and led a multi-campus college access initiative that doubled the rate of student matriculation to selective colleges- Built and led partnership engagement and agreements securing over $30k of cost-of-attendance funding per admitted student and creating a guaranteed pathway to admission for low-income, first-generation students - Designed a district-wide science curriculum that aligned to state standards resulting in a 75% mastery rate on district common assessments.
