My role is all about maximizing resources, driving financial growth, and ensuring we’re making impactful decisions that truly benefit our community! My story starts with a humble beginning—growing up in a family that faced financial challenges. That experience sparked a fire in me to not just survive but to help others thrive. I’ve worked across various industries, retail, insurance, and the medical field, to nonprofit leadership, and each step has strengthened my resolve to make a difference where it matters most. I’m a big believer in collaboration, transparency, and the power of continuous learning. My leadership style is all about empowering others, fostering innovation, and striving for excellence in everything we do.
