With over 10 years of experience in customer service, I am a customer service expert with a background in many other areas. I currently work as a Medicaid Transportation Advocate at Medical Answering Services LLC, where I handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, providers, and members, and provide accurate and timely information on insurance plans, benefits, and claims. I am also a licensed insurance agent, and I have a certification in accident, health, life, variable life and variable annuities issued by New York State Department of Financial Services. Previously, I worked as an account manager at Wholesale Payments, where I managed a portfolio of over 100 clients. Though I did decide that "hard selling" was not what I wanted to do. As a customer service representative at Community Bank, N.A, I assisted customers with various banking transactions and inquiries. I have skills in attention to detail, office administration, and customer relationship management (CRM). I am most passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with clients. I am always looking for opportunities to learn new skills and improve my performance. I am a team player, a problem solver, and a communicator. I value integrity, professionalism, and respect.
