Senior executive in quality, safety, and risk management with two decades of progressive leadership experience across environmental, food, and life sciences laboratories. My career has been defined by building scalable, defensible quality systems that protect data integrity, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable operational excellence across complex, multi-site organizations.Currently serving as Chief Quality, Safety & Risk Officer, I lead enterprise-wide quality, safety, and risk strategies, integrating laboratory quality systems, EHS programs, regulatory compliance, and organizational risk management. I partner closely with executive leadership, operations, IT, and clients to ensure quality is not only compliant—but a strategic differentiator.My background is deeply rooted in food microbiology and laboratory operations, with hands-on experience spanning microbial testing, shelf-life and challenge studies, HACCP, GMPs, and accredited laboratory testing. Over time, my focus expanded to enterprise governance: designing and deploying ISO 17025 and TNI 2016–aligned quality management systems, leading corporate audit programs, overseeing proficiency testing, and serving as the final authority on laboratory data acceptance.A defining aspect of my work has been the design, implementation, and ownership of enterprise QMS and LIMS platforms, translating regulatory and accreditation requirements into practical, usable systems adopted across a national laboratory network. I am particularly known for building standardized frameworks, KPI-driven oversight, and corrective action processes that drive measurable improvement without sacrificing operational efficiency.In addition to technical and regulatory leadership, I bring a strong people-centric approach. I have built and mentored high-performing quality and safety teams, led cross-functional change initiatives, and invested heavily in leadership development, communication, and conflict-resolution training—recognizing that sustainable quality cultures are built through clarity, accountability, and trust.I am a Certified Environmental Laboratory Quality Management Systems Professional, GMP Laboratory Professional, NEHA HACCP Manager and part of A2LA's Accreditation Council.
