I am looking for opportunities in operations and fraud support. I have 17+ years of experience helping teams run smarter, smoother, and more securely. I started in banking, working my way up from Teller to Assistant Branch Manager and Regional Trainer. I developed a sharp eye for patterns, a calm mindset under pressure, and a real passion for helping people solve problems. I also supported fraud investigations that led to multiple arrests in the Florida Keys. That experience sparked my interest in forensic accounting and risk mitigation. Today, I’m a Service Support Specialist in the energy and logistics space, assisting in technician dispatches, warranty claims, and service trends. I use tools like Excel, FieldServio, and reports to prevent repeat failures and keep operations clean and customer-ready. I’m known for my ability to restore broken systems, include every voice at the table, and create future-focused strategies that teams can build on. My Gallup strengths—Input, Strategic, Restorative, Includer, Futuristic—fuel my approach to every role I take on. I’ve also served as a teacher, caregiver, and financial literacy volunteer. I raised funds and awareness through Relay for Life, AIDS Ride Florida Keys, and the Rotary of Southeast Florida. I’m completing my Accounting degree with a concentration in fraud and forensics through the University of Maryland Global Campus.
