Personal why: To guide people to become the best version of themselves. Superpower: finding the untapped potential in others and encouraging them to let it shine. Creating awareness of others’ natural talent. How do I make it happen? Through training, coaching, leading, visioning, and working with others. Asking questions and listening to what people are saying (or not saying). I love a great brainstorming session, discussing different viewpoints, and challenging the status quo (or the “way it’s always been done”). I have high expectations for myself and others with a contagiously positive attitude. Motivations: accomplishment (especially the “impossible”), seeing others succeed. Family is an important component of my life. I live out my personal why everyday by watching my kids grow and learn. My husband and kids constantly challenge me to see things from a different perspective which makes life fun and interesting.
