I use tools such as Khoros, Sprout Social, Sprinklr, and Hootsuite to answer customer inquiries, escalate issues, and ensure brand safety and reputation. I am passionate about content moderation and keeping the internet safe and open. I have a strong knowledge of pop culture and online community norms, which helps me to identify and flag inappropriate content, such as bullying, threats, harassment, or self-harm. I also have a background in computer science, which I studied at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I believe content moderation is an integral part of trust and safety in the digital world, and I aim to contribute to that mission.
