Creative, compassionate and driven educator who has a passion for cultivating a positive and safe learning environment for all students. I recently completed my Bachelor of Education Primary/Junior program at Lakehead University Orillia. I have worked with children for as long as I can remember starting with babysitting and camp, then transitioning to swim instruction and more recently, tutoring in the school and emergency supply teaching. I run my own swim school in the summers that has successfully taught over 200 children since 2019, fostering confidence, safety and a love for the water. I completed my undergraduate program in Health Science through Carleton University which cultivated the passion I already had for health, fitness and science. As a long time multi-sport athlete this passion has spread into many factions of my life. Additionally I enjoy anything involving creativity; painting, drawing, crafting, etc. I am energetic and organized, a strong leader and team player who is always professional and positive.
