Experienced in case management, chart audits, physical work-space preparedness for JCAHO. Involved in process-improvement, creation of Standard Operating Procedures, Chairperson of Specialty Clinics Employee Morale Committee, headed creation of a new clinic offerings of Acupressure for the Phoenix VA Healthcare System. Active member of Fall Prevention Committee, Staffing Methodology Expert Panel, Steering Committee for Pathway to Excellence, and the Steering Committee for Whole Health at VA Maine.
