About Ashley Mello
I am the Assistant Process Engineer, as well as being an Internal Auditor. I've been working in the service industry for several years. I love the face to face interaction with customers, and I really enjoy helping meet customer needs. I was promoted to Quality Administration a little over a year after being hired, and I've enjoyed learning something new every day. I started out in the Shipping & Receiving department as a shipped/receiver before my promotion to Quality Assurance. I work with AS9100/ISO9001, as well as any other government or regulatory standard or authority required by our customers. I am currently learning more about quality (I.E. PPAP, FMEA, 8D, Lean MFG, etc.) In my new role as Assistant Process Engineer I work on our heat treating recipes and guidelines, review and input customer purchase orders into our computer system to create internal job cards, and assist in customer service needs.
