About Ashley Mitchell

I am a compassionate and experienced professional with a proven track record of assisting clients in need. I have more than eleven combined years of valuable, hands-on experience working for the Georgia Department of Human Services and my current position as a Senior Eligibility Caseworker for Guilford County Department of Health and Human Services both dedicated to using a holistic approach to assure safety, promote self-sufficiency and permanency in the lives of adults, children, and families through collaborations and partnerships within the community. I boast in having a strong understanding of county, federal, state and/or local agency laws, regulations and policies, as well as the ability to communicate well with a variety of key stakeholders. Additionally, I possess solid written communication and data entry skills, completing all assigned tasks in a timely manner. Furthermore, I am able to take on multiple assignments fairly easily and am able to learn new skills quickly and effectively to succeed in the workplace.
