I'm a Communications expert who has held multiple leadership roles in my career history. My current role is a Commercial Claims Adjuster with Progressive. My passion lies in cultivating culture through advocacy, action, community impact. authenticity and mentorship. Consistently I have exceeded my end of year goals to deliver exceptional member service, radically reducing expense through operational excellence, continuing evolution by staying highly engaged and knowledgeable. I continuously empower my team of professionals by exploring bold ideas, executing decisively, celebrating success and adapting from failures to accelerate toward our vision of the future.
