Serving as Deputy General Manager on both the Discovery Health New Markets Executive Committee and the Operations EXCO. In this capacity, I’ve helped conceptualise, workshop, and implement key strategic initiatives that have significantly impacted the business. One of the defining features of my career has been building and leading high-performing, diverse teams that are united by a strong sense of culture and purpose—something I hold dear. I’m fortunate to have had the mentorship of seasoned leaders, whose guidance has deeply influenced how I approach challenges and identify opportunities for growth. Having started my career in customer service operations, client-centricity remains at the core of my decision-making and leadership principles. Outside of work, I’m happily married and share my home with two lively golden retrievers. I’m also an avid gamer, travel enthusiast, photography lover, and a self-professed sci-fi nerd and tech enthusiast.
