About Ashley Neff

Data Analytics and Relentless Curiosity. These two themes have defined my professional experience over the last 20 years. I spent the first half of this time in academic research where I fell in love with the challenge of discovering the unknown and crafting an understanding of incredibly complex systems. During my graduate career, I learned how to identify and focus on highly specific concepts within vast data landscapes - the "omics" of molecular biology. Fast forward to my current role as a Lead Finance Analyst and it is evident that I have brought with me both a critical-thinking mindset and desire to continue learning - now applied to a business ecosystem. In my 10 years working in Finance, I have gained a wide range of experiences that include data process optimization, identification of expense risk, and revenue modeling, budgeting and forecasting. Always a student at heart, I continue to lean into my curiosity and look for new, exciting challenges.
