About Ashley Olinger

The foundation of my career is built on 20 years of experience building, scaling, and constantly evolving social impact organizations. Having led and worked with globally dispersed and diverse teams, I excel at leading high-performing teams in remote, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environments. Through my experience supporting the initial start-up and growth of the global Teach For All network, I am attuned to the opportunities and challenges that come with start-ups, rapid scaling, and constant organizational evolution. I have gained incredible insight into what it takes to achieve ambitious goals through bringing out the best in individuals, teams, and organizations. In my work with CEOs from around the world, I’ve learned how strategic partnerships and connectivity accelerate collective impact and inspire innovation. As a leader of strategy and implementation, I have proven my ability to design, execute, adapt, and evolve programs across a wide array of contexts. I have in-depth experience leading and managing results through teams, working cross-functionally, and have an impeccable reputation for building strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders both internally and externally. Shaped by my experiences growing up in a farming community, attending a large, top-rated public university, teaching foreign language in the rural South of the United States, and having had the opportunity to live, teach, work, and travel throughout the world, my worldview and values are anchored in what it means to be a locally rooted, global citizen. As such, I am extremely fortunate to spend my days working with social entrepreneurs across the globe and spend my evenings hiking the green mountains of Vermont with my spouse, our two sons, and my trusted advisor, Seamus, the family dog.
