Since stepping into the role of Interim Director, I have built upon my previous experience as a Quality Assurance Manager, where I honed my skills in end of month recovery and extensive data processing as it relates to quality metrics. The collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and drive metric improvements has been pivotal. It's been a continuous endeavor to not only improve our quality review scores but also to increase the lifetime value of our customers, ensuring GoHealth's success and market competitiveness.
