About Ashley Padgett

As a Total Joint Coordinator at OrthoCarolina, I facilitate all patients & their appointments while undergoing joint replacement surgery, such as pre-operative education classes, post-operative follow-up visits. I also build and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, therapists, and vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient process for the patients and the staff. One of my core competencies is the knowledge of ICD-10-CM & CPT coding, which allows me to accurately document and report the diagnoses and procedures related to joint replacement. I have over 6 years of experience in this role and look to continue this moving forward. My goal is to continue to enhance the quality and outcomes of the joint replacement program and to deliver a positive and memorable experience for the patients & providers.
