About Ashley Pedersen

In June of 2019 I graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology. Throughout my four years of college, I held many different part time jobs so that I could financially support myself along the way. These jobs have also helped me gain experience in customer service and propelled me towards the desire for a career in Customer Relations. Growing up with my entire family holding careers in Real Estate, I always had a particular interest in the housing industry. After the COVID pandemic hit in 2020 and stripped me of my role in marketing, I took advantage of all of my off time at home to acquire my mortgage license. After 6 months of hard work and dedication, I passed the state NMLS exam and began my career in the financial industry. I worked as a Production Partner for a year and a half learning and mastering the entire Loan Process from start to finish. I now feel qualified and experienced enough with my capability to originate loans. I am also blessed with the knowledge and companionship of top producing Loan agents by my side to serve as my mentors along my journey. With current market trends spiraling, my career path has recently led me into another administrative role at the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. In this role I am able to take my transferable skills of processing applications and do so for nurses, contributing to the healthcare industry that I have so much respect for. With my current education and experience I only hope to gain more knowledge and qualification as I go. I am honored to serve as a member of such prestigious and professional teams that make exceptional customer service a priority.
