I always contribute my ideas to improve and streamline processes. I am an efficient worker and a seasoned professional with strong organizational and time management skills. I work well under pressure and am capable of sound decision making proven through my 5 years of experience in the property management industry. I am able to successfully engage teams and build strong relationships with others. In this role I successfully maximized revenue, occupancy and resident satisfaction/retention. I was awarded Community Manager of the Year, The Marvin Award (for the largest increase in revenue YOY), and The Tradition of Excellence Award in recognition of my astounding accomplishments.
