About Ashley Pester

My passion for campaigning and getting people to rally around a cause has led me to "campaign" for what I believe to be the greatest issue facing our community, the future success of our youth. Youth in foster care or in difficult family situations have an uphill battle they fight daily to overcome adversity and reach their own level of success. The role of Development Director allows for me to work to raise awareness about the hurdles kids in our programs face. More importantly I work with the individuals, business, service organizations and any aspect of our community to provide our kids opportunity. My goal is to provide enhancements to our programs that show youth there is a world out there supporting their success. What I do, what we do, is so much more than fundraising. We are showing children, often in crisis, they can live their vision. We are providing those "firsts" and "the normalcy" of childhood. Those enhancements are only made possible with community support, compassion and caring.
