About Ashley Peter Nazareth

With over 16 years of diversified experience in procurement and supply chain management, I am the Division Head Project Procurement at International Maritime Industries (IMI), the largest maritime yard in the MENA region. I hold credentials such as Certified Procurement Professional (CPP), CIPS, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and I have worked in various industries, such as EPC (I), oil and gas, renewables energy, marine, fabrication Industry.At IMI, I manage the project procurement activities and project buying teams for the new build projects, such as LeTourneau, Gusto MSC Jack Up Rigs, Vessels, Ships, and Platforms. My core competencies include Project Procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, framework agreements, contracts management, supplier relationship management, MRO, capex, logistics, inventory, subcontracts, and technology aptitude. I have transformed the procure to pay (P2P) process, slashed the budget spends, improved the business processes, reduced costs, drove efficiencies, and adapted technology in procurement and supply chain. I have also received several awards, such as the CEO Quality Award, the Supply Chain Management Recognition Award, and the CEOs Appreciation Award, for my outstanding performance and contributions. My mission is to deliver value and quality to the customers and stakeholders of IMI, by leveraging my expertise, skills, and network in the procurement field.
