Through the diversity of my community involvement, I desire to be an influence to all people, especially women and children of all ages, nationalities, cultures, and socioeconomic backgrounds. My education and work experience in the healthcare field have nurtured a compassionate and intentional approach to team and leadership development. Currently, I am proud to say that I work for Sandridge as the HR Manager, previously Business Partner working with employee relations, standard HR functions, policy and procedure, as well as employee engagement activities! I am a licensed Life Insurance agent, ensuring families can not only pay for final expenses but also build generational wealth. I am the VP of Sister Circle Medina Inc, a faith-based women’s nonprofit organization that empowers, encourages, and equips women to be all they can be!
