With many years of experience in quality assurance leadership, I am accomplished in diverse functions including project management, budgeting, resource allocation, procedural control, and process improvements. I am proficient in effectively managing key client relationships while optimizing the delivery of cost-effective solutions. HIGHLIGHTS Promoted to Lead Quality Investigator within first 6 months and oversaw a small group of employees to coordinate meetings, organize investigations, and report KPIs to upper management. Led teams reducing the outstanding volume of open investigations and worked to develop effective CAPA plans to stabilize the overall number of incoming investigations. Worked to establish an operational analytical laboratory and manufacturing facility per FDA/DOH and other state regulations for a small NYC pharmaceutical startup company. Led successful pre-validation and analytical studies for API-Small Molecule drug discovery. Mastered and utilized laboratory techniques for purification including affinity chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, Karl Fischer titration, and assays in order to establish accurate analysis for studies.
