Driven by a passion for lifelong learning and innovation, I have recently transitioned from rehabilitation to Information Services at WakeMed, enabling me to contribute to the organization's goals and vision on a broader scale. In this new role, I am learning and applying new skills that challenge me as a healthcare professional while allowing me to make a larger impact across our system. Previously, my work in rehabilitation focused on program development and project implementation, including leading the onboarding of lymphedema therapists and pioneering advancements in oncology rehabilitation. These experiences honed my ability to collaborate effectively, manage complex projects, and drive evidence-based initiatives that enhance patient care. Now, I apply the same dedication and focus to leveraging technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and elevate the delivery of care. My journey reflects a commitment to adaptability, continuous learning, and advancing practices that prioritize quality and innovation in healthcare.
