About Ashley Ramirez

For 8 years, I’ve developed a passion in working across logistics and air cargo. During my career, my experiences have taught me that I thrive in a dynamic workplace and a fast pace environment. I can align, lead and help others grow. I personally have trained 50+ employees and worked closely with management in providing recommendations to better improve operations. I enjoy working closely with people and I am constantly learning because I never settle. I’m an analyst and problem solver which leads me to be the person that if you want something done, you come to me. I love to win, but helping the team win gives me better joy. There aren’t many things that can grow a company the way trust and dependability can, and I pride myself in being dedicated to both. Well-versed in ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) and email written reports with exceptional interpersonal communication and multitasking abilities. I also credit my resourceful working style for my love of independent traveling. Life has taught me to seek out opportunities, whether or not they are risky. As a person, who has met a number of important people in my life today by traveling and networking, this lesson has made me better in the long run.
