About Ashley Ricker

Leadership Development Specialist / Trainer with a wide range of experience from teaching, coaching, training, and managing. I specialize in managing strong teams of people, creating effective SOP's, and fostering positive environments that inspire and cultivate employees to grow professionally. I am a "Certified Training Manager", a title and certification I earned during the tenure of my previous role as an internal "Team Trainer"- aka Regional Training Director & Assistant Regional Manager. Prior to joining Clean-O-Rama's team in the fall of 2023, I spent 6 years managing a large franchise of 7 locations, 14 location managers, 7 trainers, and 70+ staff, who I met with on a weekly basis to coach through furthering both their individual, and collective development within their roles, and the company. Prior to my time in upper management for Corporate America, I also spent 6 years part-time working, and volunteering in Maine Schools as an Art teacher/instructor, and teacher aid from 2016-2022 in ages PreK-Under Graduate, as well as being an Assistant HS Varsity Cheer Coach at FHS. What these roles all have in common for me, is that I am passionate about empowering others to become the best version of themselves as students / employees / managers by demonstrating the importance of a growth mindset through continued education & training.
