With over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, I am a skilled and reliable welding technician who can handle various maintenance tasks and ensure high-quality standards. I am passionate about learning new technologies and techniques, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team. I am currently a welding technician at Brose Group, a leading supplier of mechatronic systems and electric drives for the automotive sector. In my current role, I perform first-line maintenance for all breakdowns on the welding line, including robot issues, weld adjustments, fixture alignments, tooling replacements, and sensor faults. I use my expertise in MiG and laser welding to perform manual welding and rework welds as needed. I also monitor the welding process, identify quality issues, and troubleshoot problems. I apply my skills in teamwork, Microsoft Excel, and communication to coordinate with other technicians, supervisors, and engineers, and to document and report any issues or incidents.
