About Ashley Rose

I help children with developmental disabilities focusing on autism. I help them to obtain and maintain coping skills, learn new skills that will be helpful for them in the future and collaborate with their families and care teams. With 10 years of experience in the education field and 5 months in ABA, I have proposed behavior interventions and helped brainstorm new programing. My approach blends the use of data collection, implementing behavior intervention plans and the use of visual supports and reinforcement systems with emotional intelligence, adaptability and flexibility, and empathy and patience, allowing me to deliver results that are both impactful and sustainable. I’m passionate about helping children overcome challenges and gain meaningful life skills, and I thrive on solving challenges my clients have with communication. Beyond my work, I’m committed to continuous learning, kayaking, and my family. I enjoy connecting with like-minded professionals, exploring new opportunities to grow.
