I am excited for the opportunity to be considered for a position where I can use my degree, experience, and knowledge to produce mutual growth and opportunities for the future. My background includes customer service within retail, sales, and call center environments. Most recently, I started an in-home venture with LuLaRoe, a predominately women’s clothing brand. I have gained knowledge of sales, shipping, managing inventory, and growing a customer base from online networks and in person events. Previously, I worked in as a Realtor in the top real estate office of Keller Williams, located in Ballantyne. I gained invaluable training and knowledge of sales, networking, marketing, and strict adherence to policies to create smooth transactions. In this field I assisted families and individuals in the process of the largest purchase of their lifetimes, their homes. I not only worked customer service sides to ensure comfort and happiness of my clients but also strived to exceed their expectations with the much-dreaded mortgage and inspection process. I worked closely with my clients and guided them from inception to close in a timely and efficient manner. I also have banking experience with a local Credit Union, where I held many positions over a 3-year time span including teller, member service advisor as well as the call center representative. I opened accounts, assisted customers as a primary point of contact, served as a teller and gate keeper for security deposit boxes as well as met any monthly goals. I also provided information and inquiries with timely responses in a large volume call center and served as stand in manager when needed.
