It’s pretty simple: Project Management combined with driving business process improvements and business analytics are my passions! My career is marked by: Oracle to Salesforce/Apttus Project 2018, 2019 - Quote to Cash Implementation and Transformation -Collaborated with team of 20+ in the design, development testing and global roll out of the business Quote to Cash system. Project consisted of transitioning from Oracle to Apttus running on a Sales Force platform. Salesforce/Apttus Champion 2018, 2019 – Quote to Cash Global Trainer and SME. Salesforce/Apttus to Remedy Project 2018, 2019 - Order Processing Automation changing from a manual, swivel chair process to an automated feed from Apttus to delivery tool. I have a knack for improving workflow optimization and driving business performance and efficiency, while executing end-to-end project management. I have held several roles at IBM and worked my way up the ladder to Engagement Manager, overseeing multiple IT projects and facilitating cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and key stakeholders. My growth within the company has given me a well-rounded skill set and knowledge that is not only specific to this industry, but also shows that my skills and experience are transferable to other industries.
