I am passionate about building businesses where none existed—and scaling them to their full potential. At DoorDash, I manage enterprise retail partnerships, helping retailers and brands successfully expand into new tech-enabled channels. In just two years, I earned a place in DoorDash’s 2024 Sales Hall of Fame, ranking in the top 5% company-wide. I excel when I have the autonomy to create structure, solve complex problems, and develop growth strategies that unlock real revenue—not just incremental gains. Before DoorDash, I spent nearly a decade at TJX in the US and Europe, where I helped launch and grow multinational buying businesses across six countries. One of my proudest achievements was scaling a West Coast beauty business from £7M to £20M in one year. Along the way, I built and negotiated partnerships with over 300 vendors, developed new product lines, and pioneered departments that generated over £50M in sales annually for the UK and EU markets. I love mentoring and leading teams, but today, I am focused on finding opportunities where I can grow my impact without compromising my family life.
