With over seven years of experience in production planning and operations, I am a driven and results-oriented professional who strives to optimize the balance between demand and capacity. I have a strong background in supply chain, logistics, and procurement, which enables me to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. I am passionate about working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services to customers, while ensuring cost efficiency and freshness. I am currently a Production Planner at Mativ, a leading manufacturer of specialty paper products for various industries. In my role at Mativ, I partner with the Research and Development team to schedule trials of new product implementation, and work closely with the customer service team to provide competitive quotes and ensure order fulfillment. I also monitor the short to long term capacity outlook for each asset, and prepare daily schedules for the Quakertown paper mill. I use various tools, such as Oracle, SplashBI, and Excel, to create and manage production plans, work orders, and purchase orders. Previously, I was a Plant Operations Planning Specialist at Ferrero, where I was responsible for managing the optimum balance between demand and production capacities for several brands, such as Sno Caps, Crunch, and Raisins. I collaborated with both the production scheduler and the demand planner, and used SAP APO, SAP MRP, SAP ECC, PowerBI, and SAP BI to plan and track production performance, KPIs, and simulations. I also led the Weekly Operative Meeting to discuss production attainment, concerns, and improvement areas. During my tenure at Ferrero, I also served as a Production Planner for 10 months, where I gained valuable skills in food industry and material scheduling.
