About Ashley Seeger

I recently graduated from the University of Iowa in the Tippie College of Business in December of 2025. I earned a degree in Finance, Risk Management, and Insurance. I currently work remotely for CPM Dorssers as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator. I was promoted to this position this past summer after being recommended as the sole candidate by my direct supervisor, reflecting my outstanding performance and proven capabilities. In this role, I have taken the lead on the Accounts Receivable duties for CPM's Canadian entity, including, but not limited to, advising senior finance of customer payment trends to improve forecast accuracy, reducing outstanding collections to increase incoming cash flow, and posting all incoming cash for multiple locations in CAD and USD to ensure timely recording of company cash flow. In addition to my promoted role, I still work for CPM Acquisition Corp as a hybrid intern in the Accounts Receivable department. In this internship, I have learned valuable accounting and finance skills that I may not have picked up in the classroom. My internship with CPM Acquisition Corp has allowed me to grow and develop in a professional environment, apply communication skills, and gain real-world knowledge in accounting. I enjoy working with others, but also succeed well when working individually. I believe one of the keys to success is strong communication, which I implement in my everyday life. I also value my ability to pay attention to detail. I look forward to further developing and showcasing these skills and more in my future employment opportunities
