About Ashley Senatus

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong foundation in special education and school leadership. My career began 19 years ago in the classroom as a special education teacher and later expanded into school administration, where I supported educators, students, and systems at scale. This combined experience allows me to approach behavior change through both an instructional and organizational lens.I specialize in designing and implementing evidence-based behavioral supports that are practical, sustainable, and aligned with educational environments. My background in school administration gives me a deep understanding of compliance, team dynamics, and the realities educators face, while my training as a BCBA ensures that interventions are data-driven, ethical, and effective.I have extensive experience conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, supporting IEP teams, and coaching teachers and staff in positive behavior strategies. I am particularly passionate about building capacity within schools, helping teams move from reactive practices to proactive, systems-level supports that improve outcomes for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.I value collaboration, clear communication, and continuous improvement. Whether working directly with students, coaching educators, or partnering with families and multidisciplinary teams, my goal is to create inclusive, supportive environments where both students and staff can thrive.
