About Ashley Sharp

For the last five years, I have been a full-time student and a full-time employee. I started at Bakersfield Community College where I earned two associate degrees. One in Psychology and the other in American Sign Language. I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Arizona State University. During my time in college, I started as a barista then quickly promoted to a Supervisor. As a Supervisor, I ensure the safety of both partners and customers. I create daily plans for each partner and uphold the store. I have food handling, infrastructure, cash, and service responsibilities. I have crafted an outstanding sense of time management and commitment. Currently, I am a recovery coach at Crestwood Behavioral Health, in the acute psychiatric ward. My role here is to observe clients, meet their needs, and ensure safety. My population is individuals who need extra support with their mental health and cannot provide that for themselves.
