About Ashley Sheek

When you tell people you work in the event industry, you work with two types of individuals. There are promise makers and promise keepers. The planning teams versus the crew that carries the vision to completion. I, to my core, am a promise maker. In my career I have assisted in planning golf tournaments, coordinating gas-service for an outdoor furniture company, designed extravagant event layouts, sold countless weddings and social events, and run multiple popular, engaging social media accounts. While careers do define a person to a certain extent, here are a few other things that I believe define me better than my experience: I've never been late a day in my life. I'm actually chronically early. Music is one of the greatest loves of my life, finding music and attending concerts - not playing or performing anything myself. Creating beautiful things makes me feel fulfilled and happy. I'm obsessed with staying organized. In my free time, I love writing, reading fiction, trying new local spots around town, and spending time with those I love. My specialties are: social media planning, event planning, event design, customer service, writing, Caterease, Planoly, Cvent, Social Tables, Microsoft, and Adobe.
