About Ashley Silver

With over 11 years of experience in the human services field, my journey began as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and quickly transitioned into residential support for adults with disabilities. I started as an overnight Direct Support Professional and advanced to the role of Residential Coordinator, where I honed my leadership and program management skills.I later shifted my focus to elder care, serving as a Long-Term Service Coordinator with Elder Services. In this role, I provided case management and connected seniors with in-home services to support their independence.I hold both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Social Work from Bridgewater State University, where I consistently earned Dean's List recognition and was inducted into the Phi Alpha Honor Society. Today, I am proud to serve as a Clinician for young adults in a DMH-funded residential program, helping clients navigate challenges and build toward their goals. My passion lies in fostering growth, independence, and resilience across diverse populations.
