I have over 8 years of experience in leading and managing complex implementation projects, coaching and mentoring teams, and delivering data-driven solutions to meet client needs and expectations. I am passionate about improving the healthcare industry by reducing the barriers and complexities that affect patient outcomes and access. I have a strong background in revenue cycle management, specialty pharmacy, customer relationship management (CRM), and process improvement, which enables me to identify and address the pain points and gaps in the healthcare delivery system. I am also skilled in creating and executing reports, analyzing data, and presenting insights to stakeholders and partners.
