About Ashley Stephens

I graduated high school in Cabot, Arkansas in 2014. I stated UCA in the fall of 2014 and have loved every minute since! I have learned how to overcome many struggles throughout my time here at UCA. From having to juggle school and hold down a job, to changing my major 4 times before finally deciding what I want to do with the rest of my life. Finally in the Fall of 2016, I decided that I wanted to major in Business Administration and minor in Special Education, with the hopes to eventually one day open a school specifically for kids with learning disabilities. Through my job experience at Silver Screen, I have learned how to manage a team of employees and hope to carry that with me into my school one day. Through my experience as a Bank Teller, I have made many personal connections that has given me the confidence I need to make connections when looking for supporters and investors for my school in the future.
