About Ashley Tactac

Passionate Educator | Middle School, High School & College Teaching Experience | Empowering Students to Excel As an enthusiastic educator with over 9 years of diverse teaching experience, I have had the privilege of guiding and inspiring students across middle school, high school, and college levels. My educational journey began at Syracuse University, where I cultivated a deep understanding of pedagogical strategies that I later brought back to my home community in the East Side of San Jose, California. In San Jose, I am passionately dedicated to fostering a love for learning and critical thinking among students in the vibrant neighborhood where I grew up. My mission is to equip students with the tools they need to succeed academically and personally, while also encouraging creativity, curiosity, joy, and independent thought. My teaching approach is rooted in creating inclusive and supportive learning environments, acknowledging the unique needs and strengths of each student. I am committed to empowering students to reach their full potential, adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles. Witnessing students' growth and achievements has been the most rewarding aspect of my journey as an educator. I am excited to collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and educational institutions in San Jose to shape the future of our next generation. Let's connect and explore opportunities to make a lasting impact on the lives of our students together.
