I am a passionate worker. I am always excited to learn and to help others succeed to make the experience for customers better and want to come back to place of business. I am always thinking of the customer’s needs before anything else. I thrive in a fast pace environment. I believe that in a couple minutes with a customer can make an impression that could last for a lifetime. Therefore, I am always looking for new ways to meet their needs more efficiently. I believe to have a functional work place environment it is crucial to be able to communicate clearly with the people you work with and have mutual respect for one another. I am open to all and any feedback and I appreciate when my peers take the time to give me any advice on how to be a better worker, myself. I take great joy in helping training new hires and love passing knowledge I have received and see it being used. Over the years, I have improved in the way I deliver customer service to make all feel heard and welcome. Learning to focus on task at hand and doing it well is something that I continue to improve on every time I work. I bring positivity to the work place that others absorb. The highlight of my job is making a small difference in someone's day and having them leave more satisfied and happy than they came in. My work experience shows that I have many different skills and I am a fast learner.
