As a Recruiter at CURE Auto Insurance, I source and identify highly competitive candidates for key roles in various businesses. I use passive and direct sourcing techniques and seek new methods and innovative solutions to attract prospective candidates and build pipeline. I also manage the background check and reference process for all candidates and develop long-term relationships with them. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Employment Relations from Penn State University, where I learned the principles and practices of human resources, employment law, organizational behavior, and communication. I also have a PAVE certification, which demonstrates my proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
