I create content and graphics for digital and print platforms, including social media, digital billboards, and website. Additionally, I produce a quarterly 16-page print publication, and an annual 50-page City Guide. I serve as the primary public relations spokesperson, ensuring clear and effective messaging. With 20 years of professional experience, I bring expertise in public relations, digital media, marketing, and communications. Prior to my role in municipal government, I served as a Senior General Manager at Life Time and worked as an ABC television anchor, reporter, and journalist. My diverse background in communications, management, operations, financial oversight, talent recruitment, and team development has equipped me with a unique ability to simplify complex concepts, streamline business processes, and enhance organizational efficiency. I hold a degree in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin. My experience extends from public speaking, television, and radio to crisis management, leadership development, and customer engagement. I am skilled in content creation, design, photography, editing, and electronic communications, complemented by a strong foundation in human resources, business strategy, and financial analysis. Above all, I am passionate about helping others, fostering meaningful connections, and driving impactful community engagement.
